I can deduce from my results that I am not good in this picture and would certainly like to work on this aspect of my personality. This is a point where I would be able to succeed easily. My j udgement scores have not been much different from the scores that my friend gave me. This indicates that myself awareness level is high and will make it easy for me to work on my weaknesses.I can see from my assessment test that I feel nervous about choking at crucial situations. This is a problem that I need to solve. A manager who looks nervous in the face of an approaching deadline might not be able to motivate his team. However in this regard my friends perception is different. He feels that I give my best effort during a crunch situation. This indicates that I may have been able to extend my emotions of being nervous which certainly bodes well for managerial job.
